She specializes in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, management, leasing and rehabilitation of real estate properties. She has also served as in-house counsel for a robust real estate investment firm actively involved in the acquisition of affordable and conventional multi-family properties, including tax-exempt bond and low-income housing tax credit deals. Ms. Abghari further draws on her extensive litigation experience in the areas of construction defect and personal injury to advise clients on potential transactional loopholes, thereby mitigating the risk of future litigation.
