Juliana Stamato Imber

Juliana (“Julie”) Imber is a contract attorney to the firm and has practiced real estate law for more than thirty years. She has handled sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including purchases and sales, financings, lease transactions and loan modifications. She has represented a broad range of players within the real estate industry, including investors, sellers, lenders, borrowers, developers, landlords and tenants.
Julie views her role as a business and legal advisor to her clients. She enjoys achieving efficiency in transactions involving multiple parties, resolving issues and bringing all parties to a successful closing or transaction.
Julie has represented borrowers and lenders in acquisition loans, construction loans, CMBS loans, bridge loans, defeasances and loan modifications. She has represented clients in the purchase and sale of office buildings, R&D campuses, shopping centers, mixed-used complexes, hotels and large industrial properties. She has drafted and negotiated leases for all types of real estate, including sale-leaseback leases, office, commercial and industrial leases, master leases and subleases.
Julie started her career in large national and international law firms, including O’Melveny & Myers, Baker & McKenzie and Arter & Hadden. At Arter & Hadden, she chaired the Southern California Real Estate Department.
